Regarding your mail below I will write you a list with some product we are looking:
- rubber threads size 28 black talcum coated
- rubber threads size 40 / 60, white, with silicone
- rubber threads size 40 / 60, black , with silicone - these are usually size for rubber but sometimes we need size 90, 32, 24, 50 – talcum coated or with silicone white or black.
- elastomer (lycra, creora, or other) 940 dtex double cover with PES 76/34/1 black, 250procent elasticity (meaning 10 cm of yarn stretching to 35 cm)
- elastomer (lycra, creora, or other) 940 dtex double cover with PA 78/24/1 raw white which can be dyed, 250procent elasticity
- nude elastomer braided band for knitting, finesse: 940 dtex, 640 dtex, 1240 dtex – as can see in the attached picture (elastan.jpg).
- for tape type “velcro”:
- PA6 or 6.6 in dtex 220/10f/Z100 half contracted, sd rw , dyeable
- PA6 or 6.6 in dtex 235/34f/Z100 half contracted, sd rw , dyeable – both PA 6 or both PA 6.6
- PA6 78 dtex/f18/around 150 tpm (minimum 100 tpm) bright or super bright, FDY type, raw white, for warp, who must dye
- PA6 110 dtex/24/around 120 tpm (minimum 100 tpm) bright or super bright, FDY type, raw white for weft who must dye.
- rubber threads count 40 double covered with polyester dtex 167 , Elongation: 100:340 = 240 procent, polyester could be white or beige (usually)
- warps of rubber thread covered with 2 polyester yarn 167 dtex (beige or white or...) with 44, 46, 55, 56, 90 and 91 yarns. For this we can provide the beam on which will be the warp winding – and to be easy to understand this requirement I attached some picture (sample-OK.pdf and warp with 90 yarne – no.3 – NOK.jpg) – for this kind of goods the most important is that all warp yarn to be equally tensioned as in the “sample-OK” picture, if the yarns are like in the NOK picture the warp can be use.
- PES 300 den / f72 or f96 x 3 DTY raw white semi-dull, textured.
